Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and how we keep it. The short version: only what is needed to answer you and to run your project.

Last reviewed: October 2026 Version 1.0

What this policy covers

This policy applies to this website and to every conversation that starts here: the project request form, phone calls, email and messaging apps.

If a link takes you to somebody else's service — our page inside a messaging app, for instance — that service's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

What we collect

What you enter yourself in the request form:

  • your name
  • your email
  • your phone number or messaging handle, and your preferred contact channel
  • the target platform (MT4 or MT5), the project type, the market and how well defined the strategy is
  • your description of the project

These are exactly the form's fields; without them we cannot answer accurately.

Files you send: if you attach a strategy document, a screenshot, an indicator or an existing expert advisor, that file is kept only to review that one request.

Technical data: when the form is submitted we record the address of the page it came from, the referrer, the IP address and the browser identifier. This keeps automated spam out and lets us trace technical errors.

What we do not collect

We never take card details on the site; projects are paid for outside it, by agreement.

We neither ask for nor keep sensitive data — health, beliefs, political views or biometrics.

Your strategy file is not republished, and without your written permission it is not used as teaching material or portfolio content.

Why we collect it

To answer you and deliver the project: reviewing the request, estimating scope, sending a proposal and meeting the contract. The basis is performance of a contract and the steps taken before it.

For quality and support: keeping the project's technical history so decisions and settings stay traceable while support is active.

For security: detecting automated submissions, rate-limiting requests and investigating technical errors.

To improve the content: aggregate, anonymous page statistics, based on our legitimate interest in knowing which material helps readers.

None of it is used to build an advertising profile of you.

How long we keep it

  • Requests that became projects: for the contract and its support window, then at most 24 months, so the technical history and our commitments stay available.
  • Requests that did not become projects: at most 12 months after the last contact.
  • Attachments: removed with the request they belong to, on the same schedule.
  • Anti-spam data and technical logs: at most 90 days.

You can ask for earlier deletion at any point.

Security and access

Access to requests is limited to that project's team, through individual accounts rather than a shared login.

Data moves over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is held on standard hosting with periodic backups.

No system is completely safe. If an incident affects your personal data we tell you at the first opportunity, with what was affected and what we did about it.

Third parties

Your data is never sold, rented or traded. Only these categories can reach it, and only as far as their own job requires:

  • Hosting and infrastructure: keeping the site and its database on a server.
  • Email delivery: sending the notification that a new request arrived.
  • Traffic analytics: aggregate, anonymous page statistics, where enabled.

Every supplier with access is covered by a confidentiality agreement. If a provider is based outside Iran, data may be processed in another country; only the minimum needed is transferred.

Cookies and analytics

To work correctly the site stores two of your choices in the browser: light or dark theme, and page language. These are not advertising cookies and are not used to follow you across other websites.

Traffic analytics, where enabled, produces aggregate, anonymous statistics and is not used to identify an individual or link visits to one person.

If your browser refuses cookies the site still works; the theme and language choice is simply not remembered next time.

Your rights

Over the data we hold about you, you have the right to:

  • Access: know what we hold and get a copy of it.
  • Correction: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
  • Erasure: have your data deleted, as far as keeping it is not required by a legal or contractual obligation.
  • Restriction and objection: have processing limited, or object to one of its purposes.
  • Withdraw consent: any consent you gave can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Portability: receive the data you provided in a readable format.

Requests are acknowledged within one business day and carried out within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot act on one, we explain why.

Children

These services are built for adult traders and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover such a record, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If our practice changes or a new section is needed, this page is updated and the review date at the top changes with it.

Material changes - a new purpose for existing data, for instance - are announced separately.

The version in force on the day you submitted your request is the one that governs that engagement.

Contact and complaints

For any question about this policy, write to us through the contact addresses at the bottom of this page and mention privacy, so it reaches the right person quickly.

If our answer does not satisfy you, say so in your next message and ask for the matter to be reviewed; somebody else on the team revisits it.
